Chilli Oil Salad Dressing
I like to eat healthy food but I am definitely not a big fan of salads. For me, for a salad to be good, it has to be something substantial. It has to have a great mix of flavors, textures, and really good dressing. Its always about the dressing. So when I came up with Chilli Oil Mix Salad Dressing recipe which had sweetness, hotness, sourness, I already started like eating salads and thus feel healthy :). So here is the recipe for you to try it yourself
Dressing Ingredients:
Salt
Lemon juice,
Maple syrup or honey
Peanut & Sesame Chilli Oil Mix
Salad Ingredients:
Lettuce, Rocket leaves, baby spinach
Dairy or vegan feta
Ripe tomatoes (thinly sliced)
Red onions (thinly sliced)
Cucumber
Crushed peanuts
Coriander Leaves
Method:
Combine all salad ingredients. Separately make salad dressing and mix it with your salad. Garnish with
coriander leaves and crushed peanuts. Serve the Salad with Chilli Oil Mix Salad Dressing.
Sky is the limit for variations. You can add raspberry juice, orange juice, dijon mustard in the dressing to bring flavour each time.
